Using SimpleReach
SimpleReach is a product operated by Room202 Inc. (room202.net) (“SimpleReach,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, buying a plan, connecting a mailbox, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
SimpleReach is a low-volume outreach workflow tool. It helps you connect one Google mailbox, import contacts, prepare personalized emails, schedule limited sending, process campaign-related replies and bounces, manage unsubscribes, and optionally identify possible meetings from your Google Calendar.
Your account and mailbox
You must provide accurate account information, keep your account secure, and tell us promptly if you think someone has accessed it without permission. Google sign-in and Google mailbox connection are separate actions. You can disconnect your mailbox at any time.
You are responsible for the mailbox you connect, the people you contact, and the content you send. You must comply with Google’s terms and the laws that apply to you and your recipients.
Responsible outreach
You may use SimpleReach only for lawful, relevant, and respectful outreach. In particular, you must not:
- send spam, deceptive, harmful, or unlawful messages;
- contact people who have unsubscribed or asked not to be contacted;
- use misleading sender details, subject lines, links, or claims;
- upload contact data without the right to use it; or
- circumvent sending limits, unsubscribe controls, provider rules, or Service security.
We may pause or close an account or campaign that creates a security, legal, spam, or policy risk. SimpleReach’s guardrails do not replace your own responsibility to follow applicable email, privacy, consumer-protection, and anti-spam laws.
Plans and payments
Paid features require a subscription. Plan details and prices are shown at checkout or on our pricing page. Unless checkout says otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where checkout says otherwise.
Your content
You keep ownership of your contact lists, campaign content, and other information you add to SimpleReach. You give us permission to host, process, and transmit that information only as needed to operate, secure, and support the Service.
Availability and limits
We work to keep SimpleReach available and secure, but the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We cannot guarantee that messages will be delivered, read, answered, or lead to any outcome. Google and other third-party services may impose their own limits or interrupt connected features.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Room202 Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us for SimpleReach in the 12 months before that claim arose.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. If a change is material, we will give reasonable notice through the Service, by email, or on this page. If you do not agree to updated Terms, stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
