Who we are
SimpleReach is a product operated by Room202 Inc. (room202.net) (“SimpleReach,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy covers simplereach.tech, app.simplereach.tech, and the SimpleReach service.

What we collect
We collect the information needed to provide and secure the Service: your name, email address, account and session details, profile details, subscription status, and support messages.
We also process the information you add to SimpleReach, including imported CSV or XLSX contact data, campaign settings, email templates, recipient details, booking links, sending status, replies, bounces, and unsubscribe records. You must only upload and use information that you are allowed to use.
Google account data
Google sign-in gives us basic account information to create and secure your SimpleReach account. Connecting a Google mailbox is a separate, optional action. When you connect one, SimpleReach requests the permissions shown on Google’s consent screen so it can send your campaign emails, process campaign-related replies and bounces, and—if you choose to enable it—identify possible meetings from your Google Calendar for your confirmation.
We store connected-mailbox credentials encrypted. We process only the Gmail messages or message data needed to send campaigns, reconcile sending, and handle replies or bounces connected to known campaign threads. Calendar meeting detection is read-only: SimpleReach does not create, edit, or delete calendar events, and does not store calendar event titles or descriptions.
Google API Limited Use Disclosure
SimpleReach’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google API data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
How we use information
We use information to run and protect the Service, authenticate you, send campaigns according to your instructions, handle replies and unsubscribes, provide support, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
When we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only when needed to run the Service—for example with hosting, authentication, payment, and security providers—or when you use connected Google features. We may also share information when required by law or to protect users, the Service, or the public.
Your choices and deletion
You can disconnect your Google mailbox in the Service at any time. This ends future mailbox access and removes the stored mailbox credentials. You can delete your account from profile settings; doing so permanently removes the related campaigns, contacts, messages, and account credentials from the active Service.
We keep information only for as long as needed to provide the Service, keep it secure, comply with legal obligations, and maintain necessary records. Secure backups or logs may retain limited information temporarily before being overwritten.
If you receive an email sent through SimpleReach, use its unsubscribe link to stop future messages from that sender. For questions about a sender’s list or message, contact that sender directly.
Security and changes
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption for sensitive application data and HTTPS for information in transit. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy as the Service changes. We will post the latest version here and update the date above.
