Who we are
SimpleReach is a product operated by Room202 Inc. (room202.net) (“SimpleReach,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy covers simplereach.tech, app.simplereach.tech, and the SimpleReach service.

What we collect
We collect the information needed to provide and secure the Service: your name, email address, account and session details, profile details, subscription or lifetime-access status, and support messages. If you redeem a lifetime access code, we record which account redeemed it and when, so we can apply your plan and prevent a code from being used twice.
We also process the information you add to SimpleReach, including imported CSV or XLSX contact data, campaign settings, email templates, recipient details, booking links, sending status, replies, bounces, and unsubscribe records. You must only upload and use information that you are allowed to use.
Connected mailbox data
We use account details to create and secure your SimpleReach account. Connecting your own mailbox is a separate action. You provide SMTP and IMAP endpoints and credentials so SimpleReach can submit campaign mail and check receiving folders for campaign replies, delivery-status reports, and stop requests.
We store connected-mailbox credentials encrypted. We scan the receiving folders needed to find campaign replies, delivery-status reports, and stop requests, and store only relevant campaign data. A matching Sent copy can provide evidence of submission; missing copies and missing bounces do not prove delivery.
How we use information
We use information to run and protect the Service, authenticate you, send campaigns according to your instructions, handle replies and unsubscribes, provide support, manage subscriptions and lifetime access, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
When we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only when needed to run the Service—for example with hosting, authentication, payment, and security providers—or with your mailbox provider when you use the connected mailbox. We may also share information when required by law or to protect users, the Service, or the public.
Your choices and deletion
You can disconnect your connected mailbox in the Service at any time. This ends future mailbox access and removes the stored mailbox credentials. You can delete your account from profile settings; doing so permanently removes the related campaigns, contacts, messages, and account credentials from the active Service.
We keep information only for as long as needed to provide the Service, keep it secure, comply with legal obligations, and maintain necessary records. Secure backups or logs may retain limited information temporarily before being overwritten.
If you receive an email sent through SimpleReach, use its unsubscribe link to stop future messages from that sender. For questions about a sender’s list or message, contact that sender directly.
Security and changes
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption for sensitive application data and HTTPS for information in transit. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy as the Service changes. We will post the latest version here and update the date above.
